What age do you photograph?
ages 6 months-teens! however, although we don't have an "age limit", it is required that babies are able to sit up on their own or hold themselves sturdy with assistance from a parent.
How fast do we get our pix?
The average turnaround time for mini.icon. final galleries to be delivered is between 2-3 weeks or sooner.
Do you offer these pix in color?
Mini.icon. is a black and white portrait experience. you can totally book headshots or a fun colorful session for your child! just email and request this specific type of photography.
What-To-Wear and Prepare
A simple white tee is all you'll need!
No, for real! Dress your child in plain and simple clothing so that nothing defines or distracts from their expression and natural personality.
What does this mean? Clothing should lack details, such as huge collars, puff sleeves, cartoons or graphics, distracting patterns, or textures that are too shiny (extra glitter or dry-fit material).
faces should be washed and picture ready! chapstick can help for those little winter lips. Please make sure that faces do not have crumbs, candy, or glitter.
when it comes to hairstyles, the simpler the better. keep your child's hair natural or in their "typical" style. if you choose to add an accessory, a small item is best. we may have additional fun items to add on at the end of the shoot as well.
Remove chipped nail polish and temporary tattoos.
the best look is "white" for all tops, but if you want to go dark, go black or deep navy. stay away from greys or mid-tones as they can be washed out in photography editing.
